At Quick AI Headshots, we aim to create amazing headshots that you'll love. If, for any reason, your headshots don't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right for you.
Just like in a studio photoshoot, you can expect a few incredible headshots, but it is unlikely that all your headshots will be great. However if we are not able to generate even a few good headshots, we will refund your payment.
Refund Conditions - IF AND ONLY IF
You have uploaded photos that comply with the guidelines
You have not downloaded any headshot
You reach out to us within 3 days of your headshots being ready
Photo Guidelines Are Key
The photos you upload are the most important ingredient in creating great headshots. We will guide you while you are uploading your photos, but you need to make sure you understand and follow the guidelines carefully.
Our Commitment to You
We are determined to get you a great set of headshots, so we may make an attempt to create a new set of headshots for you. If we are not able to generate a few good headshots even in the new set, we will refund your payment.
